La 3e Scène, the digital stage of the Paris Opera, offers you a journey around six short films from its collection, set in a new way. These views of contemporary artists plunge you into the heart of the world of the Paris National Opera. Produced by photographers, filmmakers, writers, designers, visual artists, composers and choreographers, the 3rd Stage film collection is a confrontation and dialogue between genres. Created in September 2015 by the Paris National Opera, the 3rd Stage is a digital platform (the first stage being the Palais Garnier, and the second the Opéra Bastille). The 3rd Stage invites artists from all horizons to express themselves in different genres: fiction, documentary, animation, performance, thus offering the possibility to filmmakers, contemporary artists, choreographers or writers to create a work related to the world of dance, music or opera. From classical to contemporary dance, from song to drawing, from documentary to fiction or from animation to 3D, the abundant work of the 3rd Stage is aimed at all audiences and will satisfy all curiosities.
