Art Paris is the event of the autumn: a fine selection of the best Parisian and international modern and contemporary art galleries in Jean-Michel Wilmotte's Grand Palais Éphémère on the Champ-de-Mars. Incredible! Since 2018, Art Paris Art Fair has been supporting the French art scene by combining the views of a curator with those of the invited galleries. This year, it is independent curator Hervé Mikaeloff's turn to highlight the French scene through the theme "Portrait and Figuration. A look at the French scene". For this 23rd edition, 140 galleries from some twenty countries have been brought together. Among them are the prestigious names of Jeanne Bucher Jaeger, Continua, Almine Rech, Massimo de Carlo, Lelong & Co, Kamel Mennour, Perrotin and Ropac, who join former participants such as Nathalie Obadia, Lahumière and Templon. There are also "auteur" galleries such as Martine Aboucaya, Jean Fournier, Suzanne Tarasieve, Anne-Sarah Bénichou and Vincent Sator, as well as emerging names such as Derouillon, Galerie Pact, Stems and Marguo.
