New York photographer Bruce Gilden is fascinated by the speed of life in his hometown. Self-taught, he first worked as a cab driver for 4 years before his work was recognized as such. Lost and Found is a series found in his moving boxes between Brooklyn and Beacon. At the time, his work is recognizable with the use of black and white, without flash and in close-up. Fascinated by street life and its movement, Bruce Gilden's photographs are dynamic. We always find his particular way of capturing New York faces in his latest work.
