This exhibition is much more than just an exhibition! The Giacometti Institut welcomes Douglas Gordon for one year, where he has been a regular visitor since April 24th. What is also astonishing is the dialogue between modern and contemporary art. In the beginning, it was only about Douglas Gordon's unpublished works installed to echo those of Giacometti. Now we can add to this the artist's regular interventions, his encounters between him and the public, but especially with the curator. The Scottish artist's work rethinks the exhibition space in its entirety by diverting images onto wall installations and texts.
