This exhibition presents the recent works of the young Italian artist Emanuele Becheri. At the moment, he is particularly interested in sculpture. However, his medium of choice is drawing! But then, why this change of medium? Since the beginning of his career, Emanuele Becheri has experimented with drawing in all possible and unimaginable ways: first doing it in the dark to discover it once in the light, he then approached drawing through photography, video, music and finally scultpure and terracotta. These practices are the fruit of his experimental research that evolved throughout his career. According to him, sculpture and drawing are very close and, in a way, dialogue between them: vibration of the line, details, precise gestures ... The artist is constantly in search of light for his abstract monochrome forms, exhibited until November 21 at Galerie Bernard Bouche
