Bread is a basic food of many cultures and has many different forms and symbols. But bread is above all a story of sharing and a unique artisanal know-how, far from any form of industrialisation. Discover different ways of making and consuming bread through a unique immersive exhibition, which links the artistic approach of Gerda Steiner and Jörg Lenzlinger with that of farmers, bakers, art students, a network of professionals and others.
