René Goscinny is a comic book writer, journalist and humorist. But he was also a film producer, director and scriptwriter! Discover through an exceptional exhibition the passion that Goscinny had for the cinema since his youth. Extracts from films and original drawings are combined to highlight the importance of cinema in his work. Cinematic masterpieces, peplums, westerns and even musicals inspired his most famous comic strips! Forty years after his death, his characters remain mythical. "I believe that you have to write for comics as you have to write for the cinema", he said. Dive into the heart of Goscinny's universe by visiting the Dogmatix studios that he created and discover the process of creating a cartoon.
