What if you went to discover a new form of exhibition, in ASMR experience mode? "I relax you by touching works of art" is a set of videos that summons the ASMR in order to experiment works of art from the point of view of their manipulation and their power of relaxation. Caroline Delieutraz has entrusted works to "Behind the Moons", the pseudonym of an ASMR creator who broadcasts her videos to a large online community. Using different manipulation techniques specific to this practice, such as tapping or tracing, she explores the soothing potential of works located at the border between physical and digital. By diverting the classic prohibition of "touching the works", "I relax you by touching the works" is a reaction to the anxiety-inducing context of the pandemic and the closing of exhibitions. The project plays with the constraints imposed by the current situation and puts the body and physical sensations at the heart of the art experience in a way that is as strange as it is original. The experience is based on pieces by Emilie Brout & Maxime Marion, Fabien Mousse, Carin Klonowski, Gwendal Coulon or Claire Williams. For these new videos, Caroline Delieutraz has deliberately selected works questioning the digital: a broken screen, an anti-stress ball in the shape of a computer, troll masks, screen filters, a watercolor with the phrase "Every day I lose followers" ...
