Paris
Rodin Museum
1 Aug → 29 Nov 2020
From Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6:30 pm. Closed Monday.
Installed in the Biron Hotel, the Rodin Museum has often been photographed. Before it became a museum, Auguste Rodin lived there for 9 years, from 1908 to 1917. Between courtyard and garden, this mansion was a great source of inspiration for the artist. 45 photographs, taken from the abyss of the museum's archives, are exhibited in the open air in the very place where they were taken. Rarely shown, they are archives that allowed him to deepen his research, to better enter into detail of his sculptures. See the garden of the Rodin Museum in a different light!
