Ségolène Brossette Gallery
10 Dec → 27 Feb 2021
From Thursday to Saturday 2 pm to 7 pm. Closed from Sunday to Wednesday.
Presented in two acts, this exhibition is simply the reunion of all the artists represented by the gallery. No theme has been designated to choose the works, except that their selling price must not exceed 1000 euros! A good initiative in these difficult times for galleries and collectors alike. Strange as it may seem, a natural dialogue has been established between the works, without the artists consulting each other. But three themes come up again: human psychology is approached around memory, the unsaid, the quest for self or perseverance; the relationship with the living, with nature and with the Earth is also very present; as well as history and the passing of time. If the Ségolène Brossette gallery generally puts forward French photography and drawing, other mediums are presented: video, installation, painting, sculpture and even performance! Works by Christophe Beauregard, Sylvie Bonnot, Fabien de Chavanes who was the subject of the previous exhibition, Marielle Degioanni, Xavier Dumoulin, Michele Landel, Christine Mathieu, Laurence Nicola, Cédric Quissola, Bertrand Robert, Nathalie Tacheau and Tania & Lazlo are presented. Something to please the whole family! See you there from December 10 to 19, 2020, then from January 13 to February 27, 2021.
