Formerly called "Fabriquer la ville", "Vision Vapeur" is a collaborative project between Feriel Boushaki and the inhabitants of the districts of Horloge in Romainville, Sept-Arpents in Pantin and Béthisy in Noisy-le-Sec. The Algerian artist shares an artistic experience with the inhabitants by offering them participative workshops, meetings and artistic actions of all kinds. Feriel Boushaki is a visual artist and performer who questions collective and individual identity, the relationship with others and displacement. Themes that are found in this project, whose photographs resulting from this first phase of the project are exhibited at the Fiminco Foundation. Bringing together performance, dance and narratives, this multidisciplinary project questions both the collective and the individual by bringing a reflection on the city and the relationship between the human body and the urban environment. Through a sensitive journey, Feriel Boushaki invites the inhabitants of these different neighborhoods to express their physical and emotional sensations about their cities. This project is supported by the Centre national des arts plastiques (Cnap) and its partners, the Fiminco Foundation and La Galerie, a contemporary art center in Noisy-le-Sec.
